Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchase agreements concluded on the Website for virtual digital products (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce plugins).
• By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in euros and shown on the product page and at checkout.
• Payment provider fees may apply where clearly indicated at checkout.
• Payments can be made via bank link, card payment, or other methods available on the Website.
• The agreement enters into force once the payment has been received by Lunarweb OÜ.

3. Making the Product Available (Digital Delivery)

• Products are delivered electronically—as a download link and/or license key—immediately after payment or within a reasonable time thereafter.
• No physical delivery costs apply.
• If a technical issue occurs (e.g., a non-working download link), please contact support without delay (see Section 11).

4. Account & License

• Using the product may require creating an account on the Website. The buyer is responsible for account security.
• Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Lunarweb OÜ grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one (1) production website.
• Reselling, distributing, publicly sharing, repackaging, or sublicensing the product is prohibited without prior written consent from Lunarweb OÜ.
• Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses; this does not alter these Terms except to the extent required by such licenses.

5. Compatibility & Technical Requirements

• The buyer must ensure that technical requirements (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions) match their environment.
• Compatibility with specific third-party plugins or services is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.

6. Updates & Support

• Unless indicated otherwise on the product page, the purchase includes reasonable email support and product updates for a specified period (e.g., 6 or 12 months from purchase). The exact period is stated on the product page.
• Support covers correct installation and usage of the product; support does not include customizations, bespoke development, or maintenance of the buyer’s environment.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

• Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
• For digital content (e.g., a plugin), the right of withdrawal does not apply once access is provided with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right is lost. A confirmation will be presented at checkout before providing the download link.
• Businesses (legal persons) do not have a right of withdrawal.

At our discretion, we may offer a goodwill exchange or fix—this does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Defects & Complaints

• If a defect under Lunarweb OÜ’s responsibility occurs, we will fix it, provide a replacement file, or offer a reasonable refund to the extent required by law.
• Submit complaints by email to harri@leiakink.ee. We will respond within 15 days.
• Lunarweb OÜ is not liable for:
  • issues caused by the buyer’s environment or compatibility outside normal product operation;
  • losses arising from misuse of the product or failures in the buyer’s systems;
  • indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

• All product copyrights are owned by Lunarweb OÜ or its licensors.
• All trademarks, logos, and names belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lunarweb OÜ’s maximum liability in relation to a specific product is limited to the amount paid for that product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Parties will first seek to resolve disputes through negotiations.
• Consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU ODR platform.
• Parties may also refer matters to a competent court under Estonian law.

13. Changes to Terms

Lunarweb OÜ may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the Website. Changes apply to orders placed after the new version is published.
